The location is excellent. It's near the train station. I received a complimentary upgrade to a double room. The breakfast offered a great selection and constant refills.

the location was ideal. it provided quick access from the airport. i also appreciated the continental style breakfast. it presented plenty of options.

i was put in a room with a view of a wall. i also looked down to an alleyway behind a bar where people were smoking and shouting. it was really loud, so they gave complementary earplugs.

The hotel features a superb location. it is directly on the royal way, i remember this well. breakfast had an excellent choice. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. i also found the staff very polite and ready to help with taxi arrangements.

my room on the fourth floor was under the roof and quite small, i recall. the front rooms of the hotel can become noisy throughout the night. i found complimentary ear plugs.

breakfast service features a variety of choices, i remember the cooked items being particularly good. fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals, and pastries were available. the dining setup allows a very solid start to the day.

the location was central. housekeeping kept my room clean . the team provided fresh towels and made sure everything was super clean. i really cannot say enough about how helpful it was to have such diligent service.

the noise from the street at night was pretty loud. it was sometimes hard to sleep despite the earplugs. i wish there was better soundproofing to block the noise.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent for shopping, bars, restaurants, and sightseeing. The bar attached to the hotel had AMAZING cocktails at a good price!!!
